The approach can be divided into 5 phases:

Phase 1: Identification of finished product and supply chain nodes

Phase 2:Supply chain review team and evaluation

A team of industry experts with experience in both the supply chain the various dimensions of supply chain assessment are assembled. We produce three comprehensive interrelated documents.

Phase 3 Supply chain opportunities

Based on the three comprehensive documents above key supply chain opportunities are identified with estimated cost and benefit for each. These key opportunities are then presented to the client for review and intent to move forward.

Phase 4 High level design

Opportunities which are given the green light by the client then undertake:

  • Development and implementation cost
  • Cost benefit analysis

Phase 5 Development and implementation

This may be divided into proof of concept and pilot design.
