Overview

• The Integrated Standards Enforcement System (ISES®) facilitates a consistent approach to risk assessment and documentation.

  The software can be used to manage one or many of a multitude of standards such as ISO900x, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, HACCP based food safety, project and financial risk management.

  The complex relationships between quality management system documentation is often overlooked in document control systems. Furthermore, having all of your risk documentation together in a robust SQL database means that your business is more secure and documents are less likely to go missing and can be more easily kept up to date.

  Once a process has been analysed for risk the information can be sorted and various risk manuals can be produced for multiple audit purposes. In other words from a single risk analysis multiple manuals can be produced saving duplication. Each employee in the company can also have a manual created for them which is tailored to the specific tasks which they perform. This provides a uniform view of the tasks that a person has to fulfil to minimise risk in the business.

  The time required by management for the development and maintenance of risk manuals and procedures can be reduced by up to 70%. Furthermore advanced export / import and copy / paste functionality means that similar processes or analysis can be quickly replicated or shared via email.

  The software includes a risk template based on the Australian standard ASNZ4360 and can be customised to suit the business. Process mapping functionality includes an advanced .net flowchart tool which interacts with the risk analysis frame work to reduce double entry of data. Wizards are included for risk analysis and control point tables. Customisable decision tree support can be added for determining the significance of risks to the business. A rich text word editor is included for creating SQL based procedures and documentation. A PDF writer is included for outputting documents and plans to PDF format. Standard report templates are available for easily outputting content and document control can be managed for each document.
